Trenchman
Ideal for use alongside cable-laying excavations, repairs to
utilities and other temporary roadworks, Trenchman is a highly
portable system which can also be used for crowd control at
sporting or other events. Hook and eye connectors enable units
to be joined in straight lines or rectangular configurations.
Trenchman
units, either 1.25m or 2m long are supplied fully assembled.
Base units swivel for space saving storage and excellent stability.
Upright posts, moulded in linear polythene, are designed with
recesses to protect plank facings and accept bolt-on lighting
units. Linking planks can also be supplied with painted planks.

BBS
Watchman Barrier
Watchman is the most complete Chapter 8 barrier
system available to the industry. Barrier posts, manufactured
in HDPE provide a strong and durable upright, and are square
for easy storage.
Recycled
heavy duty square bases are stackable and can be embossed or
coloured for easy identification. Bases fit over uprights to
ensure the system cannot easily be dismantled when unattended.
Planks
are manufactured from high-impact PVC - HDPE Polytuff by special
order. Available with fully reflective or flourescent facing
lengths from 1.25m to 3m. Planks can be screen printed for corporate
identity. Watchman planks are fitted with end connectors incorporating
a unique locking feature. End connectors have different settings
to accommodate uneven surfaces and can be supplied separately
for use with existing barrier planks.
Lamps
can be fitted to uprights, and sit inside the post for added
protection. |

Safegate Barrier
A unique Chapter 8 Barrier System which is ideal
for use around manhole repairs, cable laying and other temporary
excavations. Hinge clips connecting the gates enable this system
to be erected in a variety of configurations. Gates have twin
reflective panels to BS873 Part 6, and will accept courtesy
and warning panels.
Panels,
gates and clips can be supplied separately. The complete system
folds flat for ease of transportation and can be erected in
seconds.

Safefold Barrier
A self-contained, easy to use barrier which
is ideal for use around temporary excavations and roadworks.
Conforming to Chapter 8, this system is designed for ease
of transportation, installation and storage.
Available
in 1.25m, 1.5m and 2m sizes. The system comprises super-tough
injection moulded hinges which are bolted to the planks for
extra strength. Plank ends are completely enclosed. This is
a stable unit with or without feet.
Hinges
and posts can be supplied in corporate colours, thus reducing
the likelihood of loss or theft.

Skipper
Cone Converter
Skipper is an ideal system for cordoning off
an area, thus creating safer environments quickly and clearly.
The 9 metre retractable tape reduces the quantity of cones required.
Skipper fits securely onto a conventional 750mm or 1 metre traffic
cone. The cone converter has a tape locking device and a self-tensioning
ratchet ensures the tape remains taut and in position. The tape
is reinforced nylon with a water repellent coat and anti-tear
resistance.
Red and white standard colours as well as blue and white Police
tape is available. Can be overprinted, logo embossed and supplied
in corporate colours. |

BBS Traffic Log
Self-weighted and is easily assembled, carrying rope handles
are fitted for each log for ease of handling. It can be used
as a traffic/pedestrian system in various situations, originally
designed to replace timber balks.
Barrier post and rails can be added for additional height
and visibility, fully conforming to The Road and Street Works
act.

to meet BS873 Part 6 1983 Table 2. Can be supplied with coloured

Heavy duty road cones
which meet current regulations and are ideal for use in heavy
traffic areas, such as motorway contraflow systems and for lane
delineation.
Available in 500mm,
750mm and 1000mm sizes, Motorway cones are of a 2-part
design with a tough composite base and handgrips for ease of
use.
These cones are supplied
complete with BS873 D2 sleeves or with twin band sleeves for
export use.
The 1000mm cone is
also available with a lightweight base for export customers

Waiting Cones
Various designs and sizes
to meet the demands of Police, local authorities and others. Three-sided
or conical, these cones are durable and highly visible and can
be embossed for local identification. The
Warden 'No Waiting' cone is an exclusive design. Base is 100%
flexible compound, eliminating the need for additional weghting.
Thus, there are no spillages if the cone is damaged in use.
Painted and embossed 'No Waiting' emblem. Lettering and logo
can be incorporated into the moulding.
The standard 3-sided 21 inch 'No
Waiting' cone is painted and embossed and can have logo or name
included if required. Weighted with sand or rubber compound.
A 2-part conical 500mm 'No Waiting'
cone with rubber compound base and handgrip is also available. |
